Find it by where the water is

Plumbing problems are easier to describe by location than by name. Start with where you are seeing it, and the work follows the water out of the building.

Inside the house

Appliances and fixtures. The work that starts at a valve you can reach.

  • Water heater repair and service No hot water, not enough of it, or a tank that is making noise.
  • Water heater replacement Tank swaps, gas or electric, sized to the house.
  • Leak and fixture repair Drips, running toilets, bad faucets, supply lines, and traps.
  • Water softener installation and repair Hard water on the Kansas plains is a plumbing problem, not a taste problem.

Under the house

Pumps, gas, and heat. The work in the crawlspace and the basement floor.

  • Sump pump and sewage ejector repair and replacement The pump that keeps a Wichita basement dry, and the one that lifts waste.
  • Backup sump pump systems A second pump for the storm that takes the power out with it.
  • Radiant floor heat systems Hydronic heat in a slab or under a floor.
  • Natural and propane gas piping and repair New gas runs, extensions, and leak repair. Licensed work.

Out to the main

Sewer and water service. The excavation work most shops send somewhere else.

  • Sewer line repair and replacement Roots, bellies, offset joints, and collapsed clay.
  • Water service repair and replacement The line from the meter to the house.
  • Drain and sewer cleaning Clearing the line, and finding out why it filled.
  • Storm water installation Getting surface and roof water away from the foundation.
  • Trench drain installation Linear drains for driveways, garages, patios, and shop floors.
